We are pleased to offer free shipping via FedEx 2Day® service to all United States addresses. Our commitment to customer satisfaction includes ensuring that your purchase arrives quickly and safely. To achieve this, we require a signature for the delivery of all items.

For those who need their items delivered even faster, we offer expedited shipping options for all our products. Simply select this option at checkout and we'll take care of the rest. NOTE: processing your order will still take up to two (2) weeks before your order ships.

At Bespoke Jewels, jewelry stock status is either:

• In-Stock - Available now and will ship within two (2) business days or
• Made-to-Order - Jewelry crafted by our experts once your order is placed. This usually takes up to two (2) weeks to complete. Once your order is placed, you will be provided an estimated shipping date, which is displayed on the product detail page, shopping bag, checkout page, and on your order receipt email. Most orders ship on or before the Estimated Shipping Date, while some orders may ship shortly after, depending on manufacturing times and quality control.

In all cases, once your order is ready it will ship via FedEx 2Day® at no cost to you. Once your order ships, an email confirmation with the FedEx tracking number will be sent to you.

General Shipping Policies:

• A signature upon delivery is required for all orders.
• All orders must have a physical address (home or business). We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
• For security purposes, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed and we cannot redirect a package to an alternate address for any reason.
• FedEx will usually make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. After the third attempt, it will be delivered back to Bespoke Jewels. We will contact you to determine the next steps.
• Orders to APO/FPO addresses will be transferred to USPS for delivery.
• The risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.
• Bespoke Jewels is not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, incorrect address, or updated address information.

Orders to Canada have a $25.00 USD flat charge for shipping. Orders are shipped via FedEx 2 day service. Overnight delivery is not available at this time.
