Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

At Bespoke Jewels, selling high quality jewelry and diamonds to our customers is our highest priority. We ensure that all jewelry purchased from Bespoke Jewels will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery and the optical properties of our diamonds will never fade or cloud over time.

All items are carefully inspected at our factory and our distribution facility prior to shipment.

Regardless of the price and type of item, we offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty to our customers. The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty is effective from the date of purchase, only for purchases made on bespokejewels.com, and is non-transferrable.

There following are exceptions to the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty:

• General wear and tear, scratching, trauma, loss of center stones, product loss, theft, or improper cleaning and storage.
• Fading or discoloration of metals over time due to inadequate care (Examples: wearing it in the hot tub or swimming pool, spraying perfume or other chemicals directly on the jewelry, etc.)
• Precious metals, and especially prongs, wear down over time as part of normal use. Thinning of prongs due to regular wear might cause them to open up and the stone could be at risk of falling out. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
• The loss of a stone caused by trauma or damage is not covered under the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

Any third-party repairs or service to your jewelry completed by a company other than Bespoke Jewels, including but not limited to ring sizing or other repairs, will void your warranty.

The warranty provided by Bespoke Jewels will be void if any repairs or services, such as ring sizing, are performed by a third-party company.

Should you have a manufacturing issue with your purchase, please email us at [email protected], and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to send your jewelry back to us for assessment. Once received, we will inspect the jewelry to determine if damage is covered by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. If it is covered, we will complete the work or, at our discretion, replace the item without charge and ship it back to you. If the damage is not covered by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty, we will email you a price quote before the work is performed. If you approve the quote, we will collect payment for the repair and shipping. We will then complete the repair and ship the item back to you using a standard ground shipping method.

We suggest that you insure your jewelry for loss, theft, or damage. Examples of damage may include chipping, cracking, or breaking. While diamonds are very durable, they are not indestructible, and normal wear and tear, especially on rings, can cause deterioration.

Repairs

Sometimes due to regular wear and tear, your jewelry will need to be repaired and maintained. These services are available at our US facility, and we do our best to keep the repair costs low, at the same time ensuring the integrity of the piece. As a reminder, repairs by third-party jewelers will void your warranty. Some common types of repairs we offer are replacing side stones, tightening prongs, re-polishing, re-plating rhodium, or a thorough cleaning. Simply cover the shipping cost to send the item to us, and we'll take care of the return shipping at our expense. Free Ring Resizing

We understand that selecting the perfect ring size can be tricky. If you happen to order a ring and it doesn't fit quite right, we are pleased to offer a complimentary, one-time resizing service within 30 days of purchase. Send the ring back to us, and we'll take care of the resizing process. Once it's ready, we'll ship it back to you. In the rare case that resizing is not possible, we will promptly notify you and provide two options: placing a special order for the desired size or returning the ring to you as it is.

In addition, we offer a yearly complimentary resizing service for your ring to accommodate any unforeseen changes in size. Simply cover the shipping cost to send it to us, and we'll take care of the resizing process at no charge. It's important to note that we will resize rings as long as we can ensure the integrity of the ring. However, excessive resizing may reach a point where further adjustments are not possible. In such cases, you have the option to explore alternatives, such as a new setting or additional repairs in order to achieve the desired fit for your ring, which may incur additional fees.
